Warranty

2-Year Limited Warranty – Parapet Ladder Bracket (“the device”)
Warranty Coverage:
Rescue Innovations LLC warrants that the device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the end user.
If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, Rescue Innovations LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the device with a new or refurbished unit of equal or improved function and value. This remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this warranty.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from causes other than defects in materials or workmanship. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

Normal wear and tear
Environmental exposure outside intended use
Improper handling, storage, or maintenance
Use in excess of rated loads or outside designed operational conditions
Accidents, impacts, or other physical damage
Any modification to the device, use of the device for purposes not intended by Rescue Innovations LLC, or failure to follow provided safety and operational guidelines voids this warranty.

To initiate a claim, the original purchaser must contact Rescue Innovations LLC at "info@rilimited.com", and provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and, if requested, photographic evidence. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rescue Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the device, including but not limited to loss of use, downtime, or injuries. Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the device.
